Call Center Representative – Immigration & Study Visa

About the role

Join a dynamic immigration and education team as a Call Center Representative, handling inbound and outbound client interactions. You will guide prospective and existing clients through study visa and immigration services, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls with prospective and existing clients.
• Explain study visa and immigration services for Australia, the UK, and other destinations.
• Capture client details, qualify leads, and schedule consultations.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with senior consultants and the marketing team.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in call centre, customer service, or sales (immigration/education sector preferred).
• Working knowledge of study visa and immigration basics.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Confident phone manner, good listening skills, and a target‑driven mindset.
• Basic computer literacy.
