Call Center Representative

About the role
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real‑estate portal, is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options and helping close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
- Provide property demonstrations, arrange site visits and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Maintain regular follow‑up with clients to capture evolving needs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand perception.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
- 1‑2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Passion for sales and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
