Call Center Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our growing truck dispatch company. In this role you will reach out to truck owners across the United States, generate new business opportunities, and introduce our logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to truck owners nationwide.
• Identify prospects, qualify leads, and present our dispatch services.
• Persuade potential clients to partner with our company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and keep accurate records of all interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or sales environment is preferred.
