Call Center Representative

About the role

Maverick ConnectX is seeking motivated individuals to join its call centre team in Islamabad. As a Call Center Representative you will engage with customers and prospects, understand their needs, and deliver accurate information while ensuring a professional experience on every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Communicate clearly with customers, following established scripts and guidelines.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Address questions, concerns, and requests while meeting performance and quality targets.
• Uphold a positive and professional attitude throughout each call.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Professional attitude, reliable work ethic, and punctuality.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Own reliable transportation for commuting.

Required skills

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000 per month.
• Full‑time position: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts.
• On‑site work at E‑11/3, Islamabad.
