About the role
Everlink Solutions is expanding its team and seeks experienced Call Center Representatives for inbound and outbound voice campaigns. The position is full‑time, night shift, and based at their Rawalpindi office.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for FE and MVA campaigns.
- Achieve targets and KPIs set for each campaign.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 months of call‑center experience, preferably in FE or MVA campaigns.
- Strong English communication skills and confident, professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work full‑time night shift.
