Call Center Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

The Call Center Representative will work the night shift to generate and close new sales opportunities using a consultative approach. You will use your sales expertise to identify, qualify and nurture leads, turning them into profitable opportunities for both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Conduct complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
• Build rapport and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
• Proven track record of over‑achieving sales quotas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
