Call Center Representative (Part-time)

About the role

Global Alliance is looking for energetic, results‑driven Call Center Representatives to join its international outbound team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls targeting audiences in Canada, qualify prospects and support lead‑generation campaigns for North American clients. Basic English communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to businesses and consumers in Canada to introduce services and products.
• Identify, qualify and generate high‑quality B2B and B2C leads.
• Engage prospects, overcome objections and clearly present value propositions.
• Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to senior sales executives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly lead‑generation quotas.
• Work night or evening shifts consistently to align with Canadian operational hours.

Required profile

• Matric or Intermediate education.
• Basic English speaking skills with clear pronunciation.
• Exceptional verbal communication, active listening and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts (Canadian hours).

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
