About the role
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading online real‑estate portal, is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its Project Sales team. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options and helping close sales.
Key responsibilities
- Understand and document client requirements for property purchases.
- Provide detailed briefings on relevant property units.
- Arrange and conduct property demonstrations and site visits.
- Follow up with clients to address changing needs and ensure timely deal closure.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passion for sales and a customer‑service mindset.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
