Call Center Specialist

About the role
As a Call Center Specialist you will act as the face of Zameen.com, selling property units and guiding clients through a seamless, customer‑centric process. You will engage prospects, understand their needs, demonstrate relevant listings and work towards closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Understand clients’ requirements and preferences.
- Brief clients thoroughly on relevant property units.
- Conduct client meetings, provide demonstrations and arrange site visits.
- Follow up to track changes in requirements and maintain engagement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets.
Required profile
- Education to degree level or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
