About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real‑estate portal, is seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to drive property sales. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, understand their needs, showcase relevant listings, and guide them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client requirements to recommend suitable property units.
• Provide detailed property demonstrations and arrange site visits.
• Maintain regular follow‑up to capture evolving client needs and ensure timely deal closure.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales with a focus on excellence and customer service.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
