About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real‑estate portal, is seeking a Call Center Specialist focused on project sales. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and provide detailed briefings on relevant property units.
• Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits, and drive timely closure of sales deals.
• Follow up with clients to capture any changes in their needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Represent Zameen.com professionally in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Passion for sales, strong commitment to excellence and customer service, and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
• Excellent communication skills.
