About the role
Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real‑estate portal, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join its Project Sales team. The role involves contacting prospective buyers, presenting property listings, arranging site visits and closing sales. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property units.
- Provide detailed briefings and demonstrations of listings, including virtual or in‑person tours.
- Schedule and conduct site visits, following up to move deals towards closure.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to capture evolving needs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1‑3 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Passion for sales and strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
