About the role
Law Communications is seeking a Call Center Verifier to professionally close sales calls with pre‑qualified customers and transfer prospects to the client’s team. The position operates during U.S. night‑shift business hours and offers comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales and escalation calls from outbound telesales agents.
- Close sales conversations with pre‑qualified leads over the phone.
- Transfer qualified prospects to the client’s sales team efficiently.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and adherence to performance targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in call‑center or related campaigns (e.g., FE, Medicare, MVA).
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and target‑oriented mindset.
- Self‑motivated, hard‑working, and able to work full‑time night shifts.
- Not enrolled in any educational program or holding another full/part‑time job.
