Call Centre Agent (Night Shift – US Campaign)

About the role

VertiCal Edge is expanding its international client operations and seeks motivated professionals to handle outbound communication for US‑based campaigns. This is a night‑shift, on‑site position based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, working Monday to Friday from 8 PM to 5 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to international clients.
• Understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Maintain client relationships, perform follow‑ups, and keep accurate records.
• Achieve performance KPIs set by management.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in BPO, call centre, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
