Call Centre Agent – US Market (Night Shift)

About the role

Vertical Edge is expanding its international client operations and seeks motivated Call Centre Agents to handle outbound communication for the US market. The position is based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi and operates on a night‑shift schedule from 8 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to international clients in the United States.
• Identify client needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups and client information.
• Build and nurture client relationships to achieve satisfaction and retention.
• Meet performance KPIs set by management, including call volume and conversion targets.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in BPO, call centre or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication in English.
• Basic computer literacy for using call centre software.
