Call Centre Agent – US Shift (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking confident, articulate individuals to join our on‑site call centre in Rawalpindi, working US business hours. As a Call Centre Agent you will engage homeowners and prospects across the United States, delivering professional conversations that generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospects in the USA.
• Build rapport, qualify leads and handle objections through engaging conversation.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow‑up records.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
• Represent the company with a polished, professional tone.

Required profile

• Fluent, neutral‑accent English capable of natural conversation with Americans.
• Strong phone presence and communication skills.
• Prior call‑centre or telesales experience is a plus; freshers with excellent English are welcome.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet targets.
• Reliable, punctual and target‑oriented.
