Caller – Outbound & Inbound Customer Service

About the role

Trilines Export (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Caller to manage outbound and inbound phone interactions with both domestic and international clients. The role is based on‑site in Mandi Bahauddin and focuses on providing product information, quotations, and order updates for our premium Himalayan pink salt range.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in Pakistan and abroad.
• Provide accurate information on product grades, pricing, and order status.
• Qualify leads, share quotations, and follow up with sales and logistics teams.
• Record call details and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex queries to appropriate team members.
• Collect customer feedback and support basic customer‑service tasks.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette with confidence speaking English and local languages.
• Basic sales and customer‑service experience, including lead follow‑up and objection handling.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple calls and documentation.
• Ability to work on‑site, be punctual, and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and computer‑based tools for logging calls and managing customer data.
• Ability to use phone systems, email, and standard office applications.
