Calling Agent – US Campaign (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking energetic and professional Calling Agents to support a US‑based campaign. The role involves making outbound calls, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments while adhering to scripts and performance targets. This is a remote position with US business‑hour shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow provided scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Communicate professionally with prospects.
Required profile
- Strong spoken English.
- Confidence handling phone conversations.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to follow scripts and SOPs.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is a plus.
