Calling Agent (USA Campaign)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and experienced Calling Agent to manage outbound calls for a USA‑based campaign. The role involves engaging US prospects professionally over the phone and promoting products or services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US‑based customers or leads.
• Promote services/products according to campaign requirements.
• Clearly explain offers and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain call quality, confidence, and focus on conversion.
• Accurately record call outcomes and follow‑ups.
• Meet daily and weekly call and performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in calling/telemarketing, preferably on a USA campaign.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral or US‑friendly accent.
• High confidence, persuasive and strong listening abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑oriented.
• Stable internet connection and professional call setup (if remote).
