Cameraman, Videographer & Video Editor (Content Creator)

About the role

A&O, a Lahore‑based construction and interior design firm, needs a versatile visual storyteller to capture and edit media that showcases its projects. You will work closely with design, project, and marketing teams to turn site activities into compelling video content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and film project walkthroughs, site progress, before‑and‑after transformations, interviews and promotional pieces.
• Operate cameras, tripods, gimbals and lighting/audio gear to capture stable, high‑quality footage.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos for digital platforms, presentations and portfolios.
• Develop content concepts, shot lists, scripts, captions and production schedules.
• Coordinate filming access, maintain an organized library of raw and edited assets, and ensure site safety compliance.

Required profile

• Proficiency with camera equipment, tripods and gimbals.
• Strong video editing skills using industry‑standard software.
• Experience creating reels, social‑media videos, project walkthroughs, interviews and promotional content.
• Good eye for composition, framing, storytelling and visual design.
• Ability to work independently on construction sites and adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and communication abilities.
