Campus Ambassador Program Associate

About the role

Rizq Youth Republic is looking for a Campus Ambassador Program Associate based in Lahore to support its expansion across universities and colleges. The role recruits and onboards campus ambassadors, builds institutional partnerships and helps establish 50+ student chapters nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard campus ambassadors and build institutional partnerships
• Support student engagement and chapter development
• Track chapter performance
• Support Rizq projects, events, campaigns, trainings, hackathons and faculty development programs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Media, Development Studies, Business or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in youth engagement, volunteer management or student leadership; fresh graduates with strong campus leadership experience are welcome
• Based in Lahore, available for on-site work, regular campus visits and occasional evening or weekend events
• Passion for youth empowerment, community building and Rizq's mission of Seeding Good and Compassionate Ambition

Required skills

• Excellent public speaking, communication and people-management skills
• Strong coordination, organisation and basic reporting skills
• Proficiency in English and Urdu
