Campus Principal

About the role

The Campus Principal leads and manages the overall operations and administration of the campus, overseeing educational programs, staff, and the learning environment while building strong relationships with students, parents and the community. The position is full-time and based on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the campus.
• Oversee educational policies, programs, curriculum activities and student learning experiences.
• Manage campus budgets, resources and facilities.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports student achievement and staff productivity.
• Recruit, hire, develop and evaluate staff.
• Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations and educational standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve enrollment, retention and academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to set goals and assess educational needs.
• Act as spokesperson for the campus with parents, community groups and educational authorities.
• Coordinate extracurricular and student affairs activities.
• Develop emergency procedures and safeguard the safety and welfare of students and staff.

Required profile

• 6-10 years of experience in educational administration or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of improving educational outcomes and leading successful school initiatives.
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Administration or a related field.
• Principal certification or equivalent administrative credentials.
• Experience managing a diverse team and a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusive education.
