Campus Relationship cum I.T. Officer

About the role

Allied Schools, an education network integrating STEM robotics, project-based learning, activity-based learning and e-learning, is hiring a Campus Relationship cum I.T. Officer for its Regional Office in South Multan. This is a full-time, on-site position in Multan, combining campus liaison duties with I.T. support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication and coordination between the regional office and the campuses, supporting campus leaders in implementing educational and technology initiatives.
• Address campus needs and concerns, provide guidance on school policies and ensure timely follow-up on operational issues.
• Oversee I.T. infrastructure and handle technical support requests.
• Monitor systems and networks, and ensure hardware, software and e-learning tools function reliably.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support technology-enabled learning and smooth campus operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience in a school or educational environment; familiarity with STEM and e-learning platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage campus relationships and coordinate with staff and administration.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple tasks and respond promptly to campus and I.T. requirements.

Required skills

• Core information technology skills, including educational technologies and basic I.T. operations.
• Troubleshooting and technical support to resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Network administration to manage, monitor and secure campus networks.
• System administration to maintain servers, user accounts, backups and system updates.
