Campus Security Incharge (2 Positions)

About the role

The campus seeks two experienced Security Incharges to oversee safety at the PECHS and Seaview locations. You will lead security operations, manage personnel, and ensure a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor campus security policies and emergency response plans.
• Supervise security staff, schedule patrols, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with third‑party security vendors and contract personnel.
• Maintain and operate CCTV, access‑control, and other monitoring systems.
• Conduct investigations of incidents and prepare detailed reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Military Studies or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in security management or supervisory roles.
• Prior experience in educational campuses, corporate campuses, hospitals, or high‑profile establishments preferred.
• Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or intelligence services is a strong advantage.
• Clean police/criminal background check and ability to obtain security clearance.

• Experience using access‑control and security monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of emergency response planning and execution.
