Canva Specialist – Remote Contractor

About the role

This hourly, remote contractor position focuses on creating realistic Canva tasks to train advanced AI models. You will design, document, and record Canva workflows that reflect real‑world design and marketing use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic and challenging Canva tasks and document them clearly in SuperAnnotate.
• Prepare the work environment, ensuring all necessary files, assets, and brand details are ready before recording.
• Record yourself executing the Canva task while following project instructions.
• Provide comprehensive task context, steps, goals, and notes for reviewers.
• Maintain high submission quality by reviewing recordings and documentation before submission.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Canva for graphics, presentations, flyers, posters, templates, brand kits, infographics, or marketing workflows.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Comfortable with computer, browser‑based tools, file uploads/downloads, exports, and recording workflows.
• Ability to devise realistic Canva tasks reflecting design, marketing, admin, sales, education, or content‑creation scenarios.
• High attention to detail and reliable, self‑directed work ethic.
