Capital Markets Manager

About the role

Capchase is seeking a Capital Markets Manager to support its growing portfolio of credit facilities. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and Capital Markets, handling project management, risk‑adjusted returns, and balance‑sheet efficiency while collaborating across product and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international credit facilities, including funding requests, waterfall distributions, and exception handling.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the capital markets professional network.
• Support senior management with business presentations, investor relations, and fundraising activities.
• Create and streamline processes related to balance‑sheet assets and cash efficiency.
• Prepare and execute presentations, analyses, and transactional legal documents for new asset‑backed facilities and asset sale transactions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage complex capital structures and act as a subject‑matter authority.
