Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Trainee

About the role

ibex. Learning Academy (ILA) is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates and students to join its Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) training program. The free, on‑site program in Karachi equips participants with the communication, English, and technical skills needed for entry‑level customer support positions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in intensive classroom and practical sessions covering written, verbal and non‑verbal communication.
• Develop typing speed and computer proficiency essential for customer service.
• Learn to navigate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and OMS (Order Management Systems) platforms.
• Engage in mock interviews, weekly assessments, and role‑play scenarios to prepare for real‑world recruitment.
• Collaborate with trainers and industry professionals to refine personal presentation and confidence.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric or O‑Levels; a bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus.
• At least 18 years old and able to present a CNIC during interview.
• Basic English grammar and verbal skills (A1/A2 level minimum).
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal attitude and a can‑do mindset.
