Channel Sales Manager

About the role

The Channel Sales Manager will be the single point of contact for every dealer in the EstateX network, overseeing commission queries, platform issues, onboarding, and driving sales volume through the dealer channel. This role focuses on managing and expanding a dealer network rather than direct sales.

Key responsibilities

• Own relationships with 50+ launch dealers and all subsequent dealers, handling commission queries, listing access, and platform issues.
• Maintain an active/inactive dealer tracker and develop reactivation plans for inactive dealers.
• Conduct structured onboarding and training for new dealers within five working days of signing, and keep the dealer training playbook up‑to‑date.
• Drive dealer‑channel sales against monthly targets, track performance weekly, and recognize top‑performing dealers each quarter.
• Recruit and onboard a minimum of five new active dealers per quarter, identifying underserved geographic areas.
• Serve as first escalation point for commission disputes, resolving or escalating within 48 hours and ensuring commission accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing dealer or partner networks in the Pakistani real‑estate sector.
• Ability to hold external partners accountable without direct authority.
• Track record of building a network from the ground up.
• Strong relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
