About the role
Kickstart is seeking a proactive Chat Support Executive to manage customer interactions on digital channels. You will handle inquiries on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business (WATI), track leads in HubSpot and ensure smooth hand‑off to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming queries on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Communicate with customers via WATI (WhatsApp Business) and provide timely assistance.
- Capture, track and assign social‑media generated leads using HubSpot.
- Ensure proper lead routing and follow‑up to support the sales pipeline.
- Maintain high response quality and support ongoing marketing campaigns.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or community management.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta platforms, WATI and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- Strong written communication skills.
