Chat Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Chat Support professional to join our offshore BPO team in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for customers across retail, healthcare, logistics, insurance and facility management, handling inquiries via live chat and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in real‑time through chat platforms, maintaining high service quality and adherence to SLAs.
• Enter and update data accurately, generate reports and track work orders.
• Assist with vendor compliance tasks, audit report preparation and back‑office coordination.
• Monitor and update SLA metrics, ensuring targets are met and performance is reported.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and improve process efficiency.
