Chat Support Specialist – Work From Home

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic females to join our remote customer support team as Chat Support Specialists. In this position you will handle incoming chat and email inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance to our e‑commerce customers from the comfort of your own home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of live chat and email interactions, addressing complaints, order status requests, and general inquiries.
• Provide detailed information on products, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, warranties and return policies.
• Suggest alternative products when items are unavailable on the website.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions in line with ibex Pakistan’s standard processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Record interactions in CRM, order management and knowledge‑base systems.
• Meet performance targets such as NPS, CSAT and average handling time.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Matric/O Levels (Bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• At least 18 years old; CNIC verification required.
• Fast and accurate typing (minimum 40 WPM).
• Dedicated quiet room with reliable internet (≥100 Mbps) and backup power.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience using CRM, order management and knowledge‑base software.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
