Chef de Partie – Kitchen Section Lead

About the role

Trio by Maham Café is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to manage a dedicated kitchen section. You will ensure high‑quality food preparation, uphold kitchen standards, and support smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate stock requirements, and minimize food waste.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality settings.
• Culinary diploma or relevant professional training (preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
