Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Finance & Accounts

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function of our real‑estate development company in Lahore. The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership to the CEO and Board and oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, advise the CEO and Board on major investments, acquisitions and strategic decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting for the company and individual real‑estate projects.
• Evaluate financial feasibility of development projects, prepare models, IRR, ROI and monitor project costs against budgets.
• Manage treasury, cash‑flow forecasting, working capital and ensure sufficient liquidity for construction and land payments.
• Maintain banking and financing relationships, negotiate credit facilities and present project feasibility to lenders.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reporting dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani accounting, tax and regulatory requirements and coordinate audits.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, risk management and cost‑control mechanisms.

Required profile

• CA / ACCA / ACMA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 12‑15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance.
• Significant experience in real‑estate development, construction or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead finance teams, drive performance and implement robust financial controls.
