About the role
Jobs for Humanity is building landmark leisure and entertainment projects that will become memorable places for guests. The Chief Operating Officer will lead the hospitality business, overseeing large‑scale operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract visitors.
- Manage leasing activities and real‑estate partnerships.
- Oversee facility management and maintenance of venues.
- Plan and coordinate diverse events and entertainment programs.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with partners.
Required profile
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, real estate, or marketing/advertising.
- Strong motivation for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Proven track record of P&L responsibility and team leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
