Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Real Estate Development

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors, leading the strategic operations of D. I. Khan New City – a flagship real‑estate development by JK&S Global Developers. The role combines high‑level partnership development, operational oversight, and revenue growth for a large‑scale mixed‑use project.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure high‑value commercial and institutional partners to establish their operations within D. I. Khan New City.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to align corporate strategy with execution across operations, development, and sales.
• Coordinate commercial, educational, contractor, and joint‑venture partners to ensure smooth operations and resolve conflicts.
• Design and implement a long‑term operational framework that accelerates institutional growth and development.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, revenue milestones, and project timelines.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing senior management team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities.
• Oversee marketing and sales functions to drive revenue.
• Travel regularly to D. I. Khan New City for site visits and on‑ground coordination.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or Civil Engineering.
• 18–20 years of progressive experience in operations, sales, business development and large‑scale real‑estate project management.
• At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role overseeing complex, multi‑disciplinary initiatives.
