Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Gujranwala site team. The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring designs are executed safely and to quality standards, and supporting project delivery from concept to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction work and coordinate with site teams, architects, MEP engineers and subcontractors.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings to guide field execution.
• Assist in structural and infrastructure design tasks and provide technical input during site inspections, surveys and testing.
• Prepare and update project reports, quantities, documentation and support planning and scheduling activities.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, structural analysis, materials and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings and apply relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Previous on‑site experience in building or infrastructure projects is preferred; recent graduates with internships are also considered.
• Commitment to full‑time on‑site work in Gujranwala and professional, ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Revit and BIM workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools.
