About the role
Marhama Group is seeking a fresh graduate to join its civil engineering team in Karachi as a Trainee Engineer. This full‑time, on‑site role offers hands‑on experience supporting site activities, learning core civil engineering practices, and adhering to safety procedures under supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers with site inspections and construction supervision.
- Support the preparation of basic drawings, measurements, and project reports.
- Help monitor site safety and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with project teams.
- Apply civil engineering principles on real projects while learning on the job.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles.
- Familiarity with site practices and safety awareness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as a trainee.
