About the role

We are seeking a commercially sharp, relationship‑first Client Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts. You will act as the trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders, anticipating needs and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding through long‑term partnership.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, and Tech Leads.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans covering goals, risks, budgets and growth opportunities.
  • Drive account retention, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling across consulting, AI, data, managed services and resource augmentation.
  • Manage the full in‑account sales cycle: scoping, pricing, proposals, negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct weekly check‑ins, Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting performance, roadmap alignment and future opportunities.
  • Oversee Statements of Work, renewals, change requests and commercial agreements, coordinating with finance and legal teams.
  • Collaborate with delivery, sales, AI, data and technical teams to align on client priorities and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and key metrics such as NRR, CLV and renewal rates.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing strategic B2B client relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
  • Ability to thrive in complex, fast‑moving environments and bring structure to client engagements.
