About the role
We are seeking a commercially sharp, relationship‑first Client Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts. You will act as the trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders, anticipating needs and driving revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts from onboarding through long‑term partnership.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, and Tech Leads.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans covering goals, risks, budgets and growth opportunities.
- Drive account retention, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling across consulting, AI, data, managed services and resource augmentation.
- Manage the full in‑account sales cycle: scoping, pricing, proposals, negotiation and closure.
- Conduct weekly check‑ins, Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, presenting performance, roadmap alignment and future opportunities.
- Oversee Statements of Work, renewals, change requests and commercial agreements, coordinating with finance and legal teams.
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, AI, data and technical teams to align on client priorities and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and key metrics such as NRR, CLV and renewal rates.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing strategic B2B client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
- Ability to thrive in complex, fast‑moving environments and bring structure to client engagements.
