Client Acquisition Executive

About the role

ABS International is hiring Client Acquisition Executives for its US‑facing outbound calling team in Karachi. You will engage US prospects, build rapport, qualify interest and convert conversations into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US‑based prospects during the 6 PM‑2 AM shift.
• Initiate conversations, qualify leads and close sales opportunities.
• Track every call and deal in a live US CRM system.
• Participate in daily coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Confident spoken and written English for live conversations with US customers.
• Self‑motivated, consistent attendance and ability to work the fixed shift Monday‑Saturday.
• Preferably some experience in calling, BPO, sales or customer‑facing roles; fresh graduates with strong English are also welcome.

What we offer

• Permanent, full‑time employment with a base salary of PKR 45,000‑55,000 per month.
