Client Delivery Excellence Lead

About the role

RevInfinity is looking for a Client Delivery Excellence Lead to own the quality assurance process for all client deliverables. You will set standards, build AI‑assisted checks, and ensure every output is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• QA every client deliverable (strategy docs, architecture designs, CRM builds, workflows, integrations, decks, agent outputs, dashboards) before release.
• Maintain peer‑review tracking, write and update QA checklists, Definitions of Done, and SOPs for each deliverable type.
• Develop Claude projects and prompts to run first‑pass checks against checklists.
• Run weekly delivery reviews, flag at‑risk work, track SLAs, deadlines, and quality metrics (rework rate, missed deadlines, client‑reported issues).
• Keep ClickUp organized with correct owners, statuses, and no stale tasks.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in RevOps, CRM administration, implementation, or delivery/project management.
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce at an admin level (certifications a plus).
• Proven ability to manage work against deadlines and SLAs across multiple clients.
• Practical use of Claude or similar AI tools for prompt engineering and output review.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence to hold senior staff accountable for quality.
