Client Experience Agent – English Speaker (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and service‑oriented Client Experience Agent to join a growing FX/FinTech team. You will oversee the end‑to‑end client journey, ensuring every interaction is professional, caring and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing support.
• Provide accurate, timely and personalized communication to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and improve processes.
• Monitor client activity and engagement, identifying opportunities to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records in internal systems.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the client journey and overall service quality.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management or customer success, preferably in FinTech, financial services or online trading.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
