Client Operations Executive

About the role

A Client Operations Executive is sought for a growing services business in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. This is a KPI-driven, rotational-shift role (5 days a week, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or later) combining client operations, sales and after-sales support. The right candidate adapts quickly to product knowledge and delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, handling onboarding, daily queries and service coordination within agreed timelines.
• Deliver high-quality after-sales support to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with monthly/quarterly KPIs, and build strong client relationships.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Learn services quickly and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Track, monitor and report on client interactions, service performance and KPI progress, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, client operations or business development, preferably in service industries.
• Strong track record in KPI/target-based roles with measurable achievements.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Fast learner, adaptable and self-motivated in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office/Google Suite and digital communication tools.
