Client Operations Executive – Short-Term Rental Management

About the role

We are seeking a Client Operations Executive to oversee day‑to‑day operations of short‑term rental properties for our U.S. clients. Based in Lahore, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on property updates, requirements, and operational requests.
• Monitor daily operations of short‑term rental units, including reservations and OTA activity.
• Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and other service teams to guarantee timely task completion.
• Track and resolve operational issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of all activities.
• Communicate updates and important information to relevant stakeholders following established procedures.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in operations, customer support, client management, or hospitality, preferably within short‑term rentals or property management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask across multiple properties.
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and willingness to work U.S. night‑shift hours from Lahore.
