Client Service Executive – Client Management Role

About the role

The client, a U.S.-based leader in its niche, is seeking a confident and professional Client Service Executive for its Lahore office. This role focuses on direct client interaction, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Handle day‑to‑day client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution promptly.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with relevant departments to provide effective solutions.
• Monitor account activity, prepare regular updates and reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client, account, or related management (Fintech experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
