About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Client Service Representative to join its growing team in Karachi. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through strategic prospecting and market research. Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms and prospecting tools.
• Generate and qualify leads according to predefined business criteria.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via phone calls.
• Maintain accurate lead records and regularly update CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
• Monitor lead generation performance and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a similar role.
