Client Services Associate – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Client Services Associate to work the night shift (8 PM‑5 AM, Monday‑Friday) at our Rawalpindi office. The role provides administrative support, handles client communications and ensures smooth daily operations for our premier customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone conversations and cold‑calling activities.
• Draft, send and manage email communications.
• Utilise CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho) to track leads and client interactions.
• Maintain digital files and organise data for statistical analysis.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
• Generate leads and support basic marketing initiatives.
• Administer social‑media channels and assist with basic legal/administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or Public Relations.
• Fluent English – spoken and written.
• Experience with cold calling and customer‑facing roles.
• Strong organisational and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a vibrant, energetic demeanor.

Required skills

• Hubspot or Zoho CRM.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Jira and Asana project‑management tools.
