Client Services Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Services Executive to join our fast‑growing global B2B eCommerce company. You will be the main point of contact for international buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Connect international buyers with relevant sellers and suppliers based on their requirements.
• Understand buyer needs and identify suitable suppliers or business solutions.
• Coordinate communication between buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth business interactions.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely follow‑ups and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and guarantee timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and follow‑ups.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service quality.
• Support business growth by spotting potential client needs and opportunities.
• Achieve assigned performance targets and contribute to overall team objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with professionalism.
• Good problem‑solving, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
