Client Services Representative (US Customer Support)

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Client Services Representative to join its Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal office in Karachi. The position is an inbound, US‑focused customer support role where you will interact directly with American customers, resolve queries and ensure a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from US customers during the 6 PM‑2 AM shift.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases according to established procedures.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in a call‑center, BPO or customer‑support environment is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Patient, composed under pressure and focused on problem solving.

Required skills

• CRM (experience with a live US CRM environment).
