Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service‑related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM platforms or ticketing systems.
