About the role
The Clinical EHR Representative will support US‑based providers by improving clinical templates, ensuring documentation quality, and providing remote training on the electronic health record system.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve clinical templates such as patient notes, forms, and order sets based on provider needs.
- Verify that clinical documentation (history, exam, assessment, and plan) is accurate and user‑friendly.
- Deliver remote training to providers and internal teams on system usage.
- Test new EHR features and provide clear feedback to the product team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client support tickets.
- Follow company procedures and HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information.
Required profile
- DPT degree, freshly graduated.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of patient documentation.
- Good spoken and written English; comfortable communicating online with providers.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (medical billing or coding is a plus).
- Basic computer proficiency.
